DEPUTY WITNESSED ROTATING FUNNEL CLOUD. TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED DOWN NEAR A TRAVEL TRAILER ABOUT 4 MILES EAST OF LIVINGSTON. TRAILER WAS PICKED UP AND LOFTED OVER A PICK UP TRUCK AND POWER LINES THEN WAS DESTROYED AS IT LANDED ABOUT 50 FEET TO THE EAST. DEBRIS FROM TRAILOR ENDED UP IN TREES. ABOUT 2 MILES TO THE EAST TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN AGAIN WITH SEVERAL LARGE PINE TREES UPROOTED AND FELLED MAINLY TOWARD THE EAST...BUT IN A CONVERGENT PATTERN. SINGLE INJURY WAS OF MAN FLEEING THE TRAILOR AS THE TORNADO HIT. HE SUFFERED A BROKEN COLLAR BONE.
